Success can be found within the boundaries that border obsession. You have to focus on your dreams so much that it becomes everything you are about. It’s in your thoughts, it’s in your actions, it’s in your words, and it’s everything that you are.

You cannot allow the opinions of others to influence you into changing your mind when it comes t o what you want to do with your life. The CEO’s and successful people out there became who they are by remaining focused and working day after fucking day towards making their dreams a reality.

You’re going to be met with failure. You’re going to be met with contempt and hatred because the pursuit of a dream itself is a noble endeavor that very few people have.  The undertaking of striking out on your own and separating from the herd can be intimidating, but it requires a resolve that cannot be shaken or broken. It takes focus and commitment.

So ask yourself, how obsessed with your dreams are you?

The biggest loser has been a show that  promotes weight loss, and not so much health. Many contestants have already put an increasing amount of weight back on after having left the show.

For starters, what is the true motivation of the contestants to lose the weight when first starting? What is the driving force behind their efforts that fuel them to continue pushing forwards? Is it for the sake of losing the weight and being healthy, or is it the prize given to the winner at the end of the show?

For the politically correct movement that has now infiltrated their way into the ranks of the military, you are killing us from the inside. Your thought process in regards to “everyone gets a trophy” is not how the world works. The military is an organization of realistic thinkers that have a much more real grasp on current events throughout the world being It is comprised of individuals who have traveled the world, and retain the experiences they learned.

Now the Army has adopted the idea that Drill Sergeants should now stay with their trainees even through AIT (advanced individual training) due to a severe breakdown in discipline, but why has there been a break down in discipline? Rather than Army leaders addressing that issue, instead they choose to only further the issue by now wanting to put a greater strain on drill sergeants.

So why is discipline now seeming to be slipping? It is because the drill sergeant’s hands are tied. They are no longer allowed to “smoke” trainees. All they are allowed to do is make them do only ten repetitions of a prescribed exercise, or only 30 seconds.

Drill sergeants are no longer allowed to use strong language, or come off as intimidating.  They are being told to serve more as teachers and coaches rather than abrasive parental figures. Now granted, they are teachers and coaches, but in a way that make the trainee understand that the drill sergeant is the end all be all of that trainees life for the next 8-16 weeks of training.

Drill sergeants are investigated for any complaint made by a trainee, regardless if it may come off as extreme, or actually valid. Once you are under investigation, you have now garnished a reputation which then causes many drill sergeants to back off and become much more laid back due to them not wishing to have their careers cut short by a pissed off trainee with a vendetta for authoritative figures.

Until drill sergeants are set free and allowed to train these “kids” how they need to be trained, an age old way that has been proven through numerous wars that WORKS, prepare to continue to see discipline within the ranks deteriorate at a rapid rate.

Thank you politically correct activists. You will be the fall of the American military.

People around the country are responding with various opinions in regards to the cadets seen in the now highly circulated picture raising their fists chest level.

The main issue people seem to misunderstand is the fact that these cadets did it while in uniform. This is a direction violation of DOD policy, as previously written about in the original article. Civilians, and some military personnel, continue to voice the idea that it’s their freedom of speech and they have that right; you’re wrong. You give up your rights once you sign the dotted line. You wave your ability to do what you want, and say what you want.

West Point, the prestigious military academy that carries itself with honor and pride for the incredible leaders that have been produced from the rigorous academic undertaking of its cadets, yet what happens when those same cadets identify with a group that has been known for inflicting violent protest throughout various parts of the United States, calling for the deaths of police officers, and even going so far as to call for the deaths of white Americans.

The students below in the picture have been making their voices heard more and more behind closed doors to senior ranking officers, until now.  This overt display of the black lives matter movement is not, in itself wrong, but to do so while in uniform is completely unprofessional and not in keeping with what the USMA stands for, and as well as violating the DOD directive 1344.10 which states:

-A member of the Armed Forces on active duty may:
4.1.1.3. Join a partisan or nonpartisan political club and attend its meetings when NOT iN uniform, subject to the restrictions of subparagraph 4.1.2.4. (See DoD Instruction 1334.1 (Reference (c).)

-A member of the Armed forces shall not:
-4.1.2.12. Display a partisan political sign, poster, banner, or similar device visible to the public at one’s residence on a military installation, even if that residence is part of a privatized housing development.

The ladies before you are class seniors and have been making their voices heard more and more on an app called “Yik Yak” where users are kept anonymous, yet no one dares speak up in public against them due to them being accused of being racist and risk being expelled from the academy from hurting someone's feelings.

A source says:

“It’s a really touchy subject here. We can get kicked out of West Point, or forced to repeat years for what is called a “respect board.” They can be given for just making someone upset, so no one wants to get kicked out of college and lose their commission over something like this, especially since a white man, in this situation, is already at a disadvantage when a conversation like this starts. It’s purely political.”

The United States military does not align with any singular group. It is an organization unto itself that embodies equal opportunity for all, or so we would think. Clearly there is a double standard when debating the activist movement “black lives matter”. Agree with the movement or not, the simple act of identifying with this movement while in uniform is a clear violation of Army policy.

Are these the type of “leaders” you want moving down to the line and leading your sons and daughters, graduates with an agenda?
